Amazing work in an incredible short time! After 6 hours driving from out of state, pulling a horse trailer with a mustangs my alternator died a couple blocks away. Opened after 5pm we called and immediately they sent someone. He navigated us to a safe parking lot. We dropped the trailer and got the truck to the shop. Called friends who hooked the trailer up and got us to the event on time! Horse was fine! They repaired my truck by noon the following day! Thank you Meineke!

My brakes were shot. They gave me a fair quote, did excellent work and didn’t upsell unnecessarily. When I needed to get back to work before the job was done, they graciously gave me a ride. Excellent customer service and outcome from start to finish. This is rare treatment in the car business these days. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Trustworthy and Honest! Fast Turn around! I took my 2009 GMC Yukon Denali here for a second inspection after the first shop said I needed all new brakes and 4 arm controls. After Meineke did an inspection I found out I needed brakes and tie rod ends. I was shown pictures so I could see exactly what was going on. It is so hard to find an auto repair shop you can actually trust. They diagnosed the problem quickly, clearly explained what needed to be done, and charged a very fair price. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for all future maintenance! Brandon, Doug and Don were all so welcoming, friendly and built trust with me! I could not be happier.

I had a great experience with Meineke when I took in my Hyundai SUV. When scheduling an appointment, I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get me in the very next day, which was incredibly convenient. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and personable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They were clearly very knowledgeable about vehicles and took the time to ensure everything was handled properly. The service provided was excellent, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend this Meineke location to others.

Hey everyone. My name is Dusty Olsen and I'm from Helena, montana. My girlfriend Ashley traveled to the Nampa area recently to look at a Ford Powerstroke. It was from Market Place there locally. Long story short the people advertising the truck were not the most Honest about the condition of the truck. Ashley found a post on Market Place from Chopper Boys for a 2004 Ford f350 powerstroke 6.0 (beautiful truck mind you) Ahley has never financed a vehicle at all and where we live were a little reserved when it comes to used car dealerships. Ashley responded to the post,expecting not to hear back because it was about 8:00 pm on a Saturday. Not even 2 minutes later she got a reply back from Scott and after that the blessings just kept coming in. Scott offered to pay for 50% of a hotel if she stayed over. No questions asked. The hotel was amazing. Ashley is usually pretty uncomfortable with situations like that and Scott was very honest and extremely helpful. So the next morning Ashley met Scott at the dealership and for never financing a vehicle before she was extremely nervous and uneasy about it.
